How does per-seat pricing work?
Practice and Firm are billed per seat: $89 and $179 per seat per month on annual billing, or $109 and $219 monthly. Pay annually and get two months free. Practice starts at 3 seats, Firm at 5. Enterprise is tailored.
How does AI usage work?
Each tier carries an AI allowance for drafts and reviews: fair-use on Practice, higher on Firm, and custom on Enterprise.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your corpus stays yours, private by design, and you can export every record anytime.
Does Adira work across jurisdictions and languages?
Yes. Adira is global. It works across jurisdictions, in your company's language, with multi-jurisdiction libraries on Firm and Enterprise.
How is our data secured, and can we use SSO?
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, with audit trails, SSO and SAML, and data residency controls on Enterprise. Bring your existing contracts; we help you migrate into one record.
